Poet: Bulleh Shah

Poet: Meer Anees

Poet: Kaifi Azmi

Poet: Parveen Shakir

Poet: Akbar Allahabadi

Poet: Jaun Elia

Poet: Zoofashan waheed

Turmeric,Pineapple,Ginger Drink to Help with Gout

For people that suffer gout attacks, their kidneys don’t get rid of the uric acid fast enough and it crystallizes and collects in the joint. Symptoms include sudden pain, tenderness, heat, and redness in joints. In many cases it is at the base of the big toe, and the pain can be so unbearable that even a feather light touch will be too much to bear.
Turmeric contains curcumin, which has seen great success with pain relief lately. Curcumin blocks the production of the protein that tells blood vessels to enlarge.
Ginger root contains gingerols, an active component that is related to capsaicin. Gingerols are structured much like capsaicin on a molecular level, which means it may help inhibit the signals sent to your brain that trigger pain. They also lessen the enzymes causing inflammation.

Directions
Cut the skin and stem off of the pineapple.Chop up and use the stem and strain the drink, or you can opt not to use it. The reason why you might include it is because the stem has a high concentration of bromein, but using just the fruit is ok too. Slice the pineapple into chunks that are roughly the same size and toss them in your food processor or blender. Whirl them around until they are pretty evenly mashed up, pour in 1 cup of tart cherry juice, and then sprinkle in 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric and 2-3 teaspoons of ginger. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to a week and a half. Honey can be added to taste if you’d like, and also choose to use the greater or lesser amount of turmeric and ginger depending on how you like it.

Poet: Qateel Shifai

Wedding Jewelry Ideas: Ideas for Elegant Fashion Accessories

Choosing Your Wedding Bands
The first choice many brides and grooms think about when choosing wedding bands is the metal they prefer. While many brides go with the traditional look of gold bands, others prefer platinum or silver. It’s best to choose bands which match your engagement ring, overall. Look for bands that will compliment the engagement ring and style, size and metal color. If your engagement ring is a family antique heirloom or of vintage style you should be particularly aware of choosing an appropriate band to accompany it on your finger.

While mens wedding bands are required to completely match their bride-to-be’s rings, some men prefer to have a unified look. Other men are going for more modern styles of wedding bands and are choosing celtic patterns, Irish patterns and even bands with a precious stone or diamond in the design .

‘Big Day’ Bridal Jewelry Tips
Even if your engagement ring came from Tiffany, chances are you’ll want to save a little money for your wedding day bridal jewelry and go with fashion jewels for your big day. Many brides choose to simplify their jewelry, especially since the main fashion focus is often directed toward the wedding gown itself. A single pearl necklace and matching earrings can create an elegant and flawless look on a bride. However, those brides who crave more sparkle can easily find crystal fashion necklaces and earrings to “bling up” their wedding day look.

Poet: Ahmed Faraz

Syed lmtiaz Ali Taj

Syed lmtiaz Ali Taj is a Pakistani prose and drama writer. He was born in Lahore. After his education, he was able to partake in his father’s publishing institution, Dar-ul-Ishaat Punjab.

During his college days he showed his literary qualities by translating and directing several English plays, and then staging them for the college. He sometimes played female roles as girls in his times were not allowed to act.

In 1918 he began the literary magazine called ‘Kehkashan‘ in collaboration with his friend, Maulana Abdul Majeed Salik. In Phool he had the assistance of the famous short story writer Ghulam Abbas Ahmed as well as young Ahmed Nadeem Oasmi.

He translated into Urdu Shakespeare’s play ‘A Mid Summer Nights Dream’ and entitled it in ‘Sawan Rain ka sapna’. In 1922 he wrote ‘Anarkali’, which became a landmark in Urdu drama writing. This was later adapted into feature films in India and Pakistan.

In 1926 he wrote a play ‘Chacha Chhakan’ which was similar to the famous characters ‘Uncle Podger’ of the English dramatist Jerome, Chacha Chhakan remains until today the most humorous character in the Urdu literature.

Apart from criticism on drama, he also wrote radio plays, novels, short stories and several film stories, some of them directed by him. As the Director of ‘Majlis’ he republished many critical works of Urdu literature.

After the establishment of Pakistan, Syed lmtiaz Ali Taj conducted a daily feature ‘Pakistan Hamara Hai’ for Radio Pakistan. It was no doubt a popular programme.

On 19th April, 1970 while he was asleep, he was shot dead by some unknown persons. His wife Hijab lmtiaz Ali was seriously wounded.
